Take the stairs.. the lifts are OFF LIMITS! Since I will be going between ground and level 3-6 all day, I think this is a reasonable challenge.. wish me luck!

Good luck Mandie! Sounds like a great promise... stairs burn up heaps of extra calories, and great for your bum and thighs 8)

Yep, I did quite well - took the lift twice, once down and once up, but it was 4am (was working overnight shift) and I was EXHAUSTED!

But I'm still taking the stairs as often as I can.. much much better :D
