COME JOIN IN AND EARN POINTS TO HELP ACHIEVE YOUR DREAM WEIGHT
At the end of each day feel free to come here to journal your points.

MEAL PLAN: Stick to your daily diet plan and get 7 points.
WORKOUT: Get at least 30min daily workout and get 7 points.
WATER: Volume to drink is 6 to 8 glasses of water to get 3 points. If you drink only half give yourself 2.
JOURNAL: Get 3 points by coming here everyday to fill out your checklist, share your progress with us and be kind and give support to other members in our Weightloss Forum.
WEIGHT CONTROL: don't forget to weigh-in every Thursday

Didn't do too well today, I'm craving sweet stuff (already had all my fruit for today) hopefully another large hot milk coffee will help me rid myself of the craving.
