The "One a Day" represents one thing that I MUST do each day to help me stay on track & help me to reach my goals. Each day will be a different thing & it might only be something small, but it will all add up in the long run. If I can just add/change one thing a day I WILL make goal.
Thu 20/8/09-I pledge to add my abs workout to my exercise session tonight.
Actually, I'm gonna scrap the xtrainer session tonight. Not feeling the best today, too much personal s**t going on right now & just feel like curling up into bed & feeling soz for myself . So today's pledge is as follows;
Wed 26/8/09- Curl up in bed & feel soz for myself! Just jokes! Pushups (3xsets 12xreps) & crunches (3xsets 25)
