I'm pledge to do a food diary to find out what I'm eating.

Hi Rochelle, that's a brilliant idea. I find on the days I forget to journal, my weight creeps up.
Writing down your food intake and exercise is definately the way to go.
A lot of us write our diary/journal here where we can all see what we've been up to :shock: the good with the bad reports.
