I'm going to start my day with a bang - I'm getting up at 6am and heading straight to the gym! I'll do my usual (well, as of last week) routine of weights and cardio, then come home, shower and get ready for my day.

I have a day of tutes at uni - Sexual Health Day! Should be fun :P

I'll let you all know how I went when I get home from the gym!

ooh sexual health day sounds exciting. you are doing so well mandie. you are really motivated which is awesome. keep going and let us know how you are progressing. you should be very proud of yourself :)

Okay.

My alarm went off at 6.00am. I hit snooze, rolled over and went back to sleep.

My alarm went off again at 6.10am. I hit snooze again, rolled over, and went back to sleep.

My alarm went off again at 6.20am.

I thought of all you lovely motivating people on the forum.

And I got my lazy bum out of bed and went to the gym! YAY! I feel great now :D And am really enjoying my well-earned tuna on toast for brekky!

Not weighing in until at least next week.. I'm trying to make it a month between weigh ins but I'm starting to get antsy for scales now! I have jumped on three different scales in the past couple of days and they all say different things.. I need to go back to the gym ones I used last Thursday! So I'll update my ticker in a week maybe and hopefully I'm doing well.

At least I FEEL good!

mandie you are making tremendous progress going by your diet and exercise- you dont even need to look at the scales to know how well you are doing and feeling. keep up the great work and i thought about how u were going this morning! hope you had fun, it seems like you are enjoyingthe gym and getting a lot out of it. well done,

Ok had a laugh at this mandie...I would have been with you right up until you said you thought of all the lovely people on the forum and my next step would have been........ I hit snooze, rolled over and went back to sleep!!!!! LOL :lol:
