Going out to lunch with a friend. I'm going to eat sensibly, with no dessert! Going to Wagamama so I'm going to have some tasty noodles with loads of vegies :D

My pledge though, is to go to the gym tonight after uni!

Haha... whoops.

Had a delicious lunch...

Went to the icecream place after  It was hot! Got fat free sorbet though, so not SO bad..

But THEN

went back to friends house for the afternoon

and

she had KRISPY KREME!

We don't get those in Perth. Her cousin had brought them from Sydney.

If anyone knows how to resist a glazed donut, let me know, because I can't!

DAMN It was good!

Every Krispy Kreme doughnut has the same amount of kj as a large chocolate bar - thats what I think about when I see them!

Having said that, if I lived in Perth and there were no Krispy Kremes for 1000's of K's and it was my one and only chance to try one I most certainly would do it, even if there were 10 chocolate bars worth of kilojoules in them

I wouldn't feel bad, you didn't just eat something you shouldn't have eaten, it was a once in a lifetime (well maybe just a long time) opportunity for you!

Oh yeah, there was NO WAY I could resist. THe nearest Krispy Kreme is in Sydney... the last time I had one was ummm.. April 2004 when I was there on holidays!

I think one donut every two and a half years is okay!

(and yes Kate, we microwaved it.. :D)
