Here goes my first pledge:

Well since I hate water so badly for the next week I'm going to try drink 2ltres of water everyday.

hi rochelle

i also didnt have a thing for water but now drink 2litres+ a day. for me personally, i found it helps to get rid of those toxins and lose the weight. best of luck with your pledge!!!

i drank 1.8lts yesterday so i am going to try and get over 2lts today. it does get a bit sickly tho.
also my partner is cooking bacon and i have decided im not going to eat it.
i told him i might aswell go and eat maccas or something.

Very true, My grandaughter is here at the moment and we have been making cakes I think she eat more mixture than went in the cake tins

This may sound odd, but something in my brain has changed and when I smell yummy food now I think 'mmmmn geez that smells nice' and I take deep breaths and lap up the smell but I am actually content just to enjoy the smell and not eat the food.

I think some foods really do smell just as good if not better than they taste and so I get to enjoy them without actually eating them!

Well I didn't end up drinking the amount of water today but I will try again tomorrow. I been sleeping most of the day.
