Now the weather has finally started to improve and daylight saving is here, I'm determined to start doing more walking after work.
I'm going to put on my step counter and work my way up to 10000 steps.
Bring it on :D .

I've been walking five or six days a week for a few months now and really look forward to it each day.

Metalcharm I would like to know how you are fairing with your walking also.

I have been walking on and off for a couple of months now, have noticed no change, except perhaps I have a
lot more energy.
I have not reached 10,000 steps yet, although some days it feels like I've walked 20, but haven't even reached
6,000.
10,000 steps is a real lot.

BAD time to be talking to you about weight loss. I feel as bloated as a whale at the moment (monthly), sometimes
I think that I cannot wait til menapause comes. :|

Hi,..
The true secret to weight loss is this: Make small changes each and every day and you'll slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds. The key is to forget about instant results and settle in for the long run.

Losing weight takes hard work and surely there are no shortcuts. Daily exercise will not work if you don't have proper diet. So in losing weight, be sure to accompany Diet and Exercise!

I would like to thanks for shearing this information. This type of information is very usefully for every one. The yoga food is best way to reduce your weight. Practicing any type of yoga will build strength, but some types may not raise your heart rate enough to make them the only form of exercise you need to include in your weight loss regime. It depends on the type of yoga you select and how frequently you practice it.
