Woooh!! I did most of the DVD (read more in the Personal Progress section) but the fact that I made the time to do was a biggie for me and I loved it. It will take some getting used to and some of the moves are out for me being so big, but I will just alter it to suit myself for awhile. I can't wait to nail it though, it was great fun and really got you moving when you didn't realise you were 'working out'!! You'll love a dance DVD Kate!!!

Great work Ally!

Imagine how awesome it will be when you will be fit enough and small enough to do all the moves and keep up for the whole DVD! What a great goal to aim at, hey?

My goal is to keep up with the Biggest Loser workout for the whole thing sometime.. its going to be great to know I'm just as fit as the instructors!

That would be a great feeling Mandie!! What are the biggest loser ones like? They were the only ones they had in Kmart but I wasn't game to try them. I am assuming they are not for the feint-hearted beginner like me!! LOL

Ally - the Biggest Loser ones are fairly full on.. having said that, they have great warm up and cool down sections, and they have a few different workouts to choose from. you can even mix and match and do a couple in a row when you get really fit! me - i can get through half of the high intensity work out, then I die.. its full on!! the low intensity one is alright though., and when you get stuck, start walking!

One of the best things about it is the stories from the contestants, you see the before and after photos and hear someone talk about their journey, I like watching it before because it really motivates you to lose weight.

I'd recommend it, maybe when you get sick of your current dvds, give it a go!

Thanks Mandie I will keep those in mind....They even sound full on just by reading what you said about them!!! LOL  I may leave them until I lose quite a bit more weight!!

Kim you were saying about the Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD's at one time, is there one for beginners. The only one I could find was this really high intensity one and I just about hit the floor just looking at the cover!

I'm not sure Ally, the one I have you could certainly walk on the spot any time you feel it's a bit much but I haven't seen this one in the stores. I got this given to me from a friend. Others of the Tae Bo series do look quite intense though.
