Well, I'm here (again) but this time I mean buisness.

I have to go shopping today.
So, I'm going to park in the neighbouring carpark and walk across.
I'm going to write a list, and stick to it.
I'm not going out for lunch while I "happen to be downtown" Instead I'll buy some nice salad stuff and make lunch when I get home.

I'm also going to try to teach my puppy to lead this afternoon so I can start walking her.

Right...
Time to get cracking.

Hi Nene

Have a healthy snack or meal before going shopping and/or take a portable healthy snack like a muesli bar or fruit. Just don't start eating it in the supermarket or they may think you nicked it!!

Great goals!

Yep, Kate and Kim have already hit on the best tip - make sure you're either chewing gum (so you can't eat becuase it will taste funny), or that you are full..

Going to the shops hungry is just a recipe for disaster!

Parking in the next carpark is a good goal too - increase that incidental exercise! :D

Good luck today!
