Okay, I actually recorded all of the calories I ate yesterday on my birthday and it's pretty scary! Time to burn them off I think!
Plus, I'm going to weigh in next Thursday, so I have 8 days to impress myself...
-Go to Body Attack AND then the Body Pump class straight after it.. two hours of working out!
-To actually wear my wrist splint so I can lift weights without dislocating my wrist
-To eat healthily - NO MORE CAKE
-having said that, I'm allowing myself a Bulla Split for dessert. Has anyone had these? They are awesome tastiing and only 107 calories each, so a nice treat for dessert!
-To bring my bottle of water (I've been forgetting lately) and actually drink from it
