Okay, I actually recorded all of the calories I ate yesterday on my birthday and it's pretty scary! Time to burn them off I think!

Plus, I'm going to weigh in next Thursday, so I have 8 days to impress myself...

Today's pledges:
-Go to Body Attack AND then the Body Pump class straight after it.. two hours of working out!
-To actually wear my wrist splint so I can lift weights without dislocating my wrist

-To eat healthily - NO MORE CAKE

-having said that, I'm allowing myself a Bulla Split for dessert. Has anyone had these? They are awesome tastiing and only 107 calories each, so a nice treat for dessert!

-To bring my bottle of water (I've been forgetting lately) and actually drink from it

ah yes i remember the splits from way back mandie. theyre quite refreshing so enjoy it!

have a good night and remember to pack your slint in your car for the weights!

EDIT -

somehow, this morning, I managed to forget that I have an assignment due tomorrow AND an exam..

meaning I spent my evening studying, and not going to the gym!

Boo!

Must make next week!

(and I'm going to go early tomorrow morning)
