What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?
I pledge to make this week a good one. I'm not going to follow any specific plan - I know what I can and can't eat, I know how much is enough. So I'm going to try and just eat well and think about what I'm eating and why. I'm also going to try and get back to the gym and get back into the routine of regular exercise. Everything is so much easier when you exercise - it helps you stay focused and motivated. I'd like to workout at home but my gym room seems to have been designated the local tip while I wasn't looking. I'll also try and get the house neat and tidy and clean. Where did I put that dining table?
