How did i go...
i left the choc chips.. mostly... i did see to them again once or twice but left plenty in the packet.
I did clean the kitchen and i did COOK rather than buy take away
I didn't laze and gaze at all! He was on the go, so i go going too.
I didn't dance to the wiggles, because my 2yr old didn't want to. Instead i washed the shower and hung out 2 loads of washing - shaking out each item for arm exercise as i went.
TODAY!
I will: permit myself to sit and relax and get my hair done at the hairdressers for the first time in 4yrs. Indulging in looking after myself and taking pride in who i am will inspire me to look good and feel great. Instead of feeling and looking like a frumpy housewife who never goes to town because she's too fat and feels ugly.
I will not: give up. I got on the scales today.. i've gained nearly 2kg
but weight in is TOMORROW soooo i will do my best not to gain any more and i'll keep on trying.
I will: drink warm water 30mins after every meal
I will not: add sugar to the water. Infact.... I'll hide the sugar canister in the pantry so it's less tempting to "accidently" put some in (who am i kidding, it's never accidental!)
