today i will not:
finish any packet of junk food my husband leaves laying around. It is OKAY to leave a half packet of choc chips uneaten. I don't need to eat them just because they are open.

today I will:
clean the kitchen - an appealing kitchen will inspire getting food out of the pantry or fridge instead of McDonalds. :idea:

today i will not:
use my 8mth old baby as an excuse to laze about gazing at how beautiful he is all afternoon. The whole afternoon is a looong time for just lazing gazing.

today i will:
dance to the wiggles and have fun exercising with my children - boogie boogie boogie!!! :lol:

GW after 12 week challenge:108kg

Week one: gained 0.4kg
Week two: lost 0.6kg
Week three: back to original weight

How did i go...
i left the choc chips.. mostly... i did see to them again once or twice but left plenty in the packet.

I did clean the kitchen and i did COOK rather than buy take away

I didn't laze and gaze at all! He was on the go, so i go going too.

I didn't dance to the wiggles, because my 2yr old didn't want to. Instead i washed the shower and hung out 2 loads of washing - shaking out each item for arm exercise as i went.

TODAY!
I will: permit myself to sit and relax and get my hair done at the hairdressers for the first time in 4yrs. Indulging in looking after myself and taking pride in who i am will inspire me to look good and feel great. Instead of feeling and looking like a frumpy housewife who never goes to town because she's too fat and feels ugly.

I will not: give up. I got on the scales today.. i've gained nearly 2kg :cry:
but weight in is TOMORROW soooo i will do my best not to gain any more and i'll keep on trying.

I will: drink warm water 30mins after every meal

I will not: add sugar to the water. Infact.... I'll hide the sugar canister in the pantry so it's less tempting to "accidently" put some in (who am i kidding, it's never accidental!)

how did i go..

I did go the hair dressers, and i did relax and spend some quiet time thinking about the "new me" and all the wonderful ways i'm going to embrace changes

I did drink warm water following meals - and it really helped me feel good instead of bloated - WINNER!!! :D

I did give up a little :( but woke up to myself by evening. Seems a roller coster between determination and feeling like a failure at the moment. THINGS WILL GET EASIER.

I did not add any sugar! Well done me!!

TODAY:

I will: go to the green grocer and fill the house with vegetables and fruit.

I will not: buy chocolate at the check out
