Monday 28th March 2011

Todays pledge - to run nonstop for 15mins on the treadmill. Last week i ran for 10mins and im looking to push myself further each week in my quest for fitness.

Am looking at joing to NSW Police Force so this is just one small step towards that goal.

Lets do this thing :wink:

Wow that is awesome, I've been doing a fair bit of running until recently when I hurt my booty muscles a little.

But I plan to get back into it, as I'm really keen to do a Marathon soon.

Once you get those first 15mins, then 20 and 30 mins down the rest becomes somewhat easier ;) Your a machine!
