On second thoughts, it's mostly running.. which is good because its a great calorie burner, but bad because:
a) I generally don't run, so I need to build up to this
b) I don't have any decent running shoes and I don't want to injure myself
So instead, I'm going to hang onto these mp3s for when I am a bit fitter and more used to running. If someone out there who does run gives it a go, can you let me know what you think of the program? Ta..
My new pledge for tomorrow is to hit the gym in the morning, and do 10 minutes warmup on the exercise bike, stretching, then 30 minutes on the X trainer level 8, then some abs and more stretching, then come home and start my full day of studying!
