The last few days have been totally messed up.
I haven't stuck to my diet, there's been chocolate, cornchips and a few other things.
But it's ok. Every now and then.
Despite that, most of the days worked out to be under 8k, but there's good kilojouls and bad kilojoules and for me those generally consist of the two things I love the mos carbs (bread and pasta) and fat (chocolate and milk).

So! Today (apart from the bite of lindt I've already had) I'm going to have a good day!
I'm going to stick to my diet as best I can (late night last night so I'll have to rejig it). And eat nothing outside of it!

I'm going to go for a walk, even though I don't really feel like it, I'm going to do some weight training and some stretches in my room and I'm going to feel great at the end of the day!
