Continue to stick with my regime. Have had a mango for b'fast and rice/curried vegies for lunch. My shift was cancelled, so not working today.

Might go for a big walk later.

Big river-side walk today but first I have to clean up the house, then attend an appointment.

Breakfast was some tinned peaches.

Lunch will be...hmmm....I think, sushi.

Dinner...stir-fried tomato, tofu, basil and cracked pepper.
