My pledge for this week and hopefully next week and the week after...
To do 6 days of exercise, just like last week
To bother making my cauliflower soup tonight, even though I'll be tired and cranky and just want to go to bed!
To organise my daily calories for Saturday and Sunday ahead of schedule to avoid any damage (I'll be camping Saturday night and want to minimise any snacking so I don't put on weight! Even if I stick within 1300cals that day, I should be okay!)
To do more of my shoulder exercises so my shoulder injury gets better so I can continue exercising to my full potential
To do ab exercises every exercise day from now on
Slowly reduce my daily sugar levels (I'm not eating that much fat during the day though so I'm not as concerned with a bit of extra sugar but I don't want to put on weight because of it!)
Stress less and get enough sleep
