My Weight Loss Pledge

My pledge for this week and hopefully next week and the week after...

:arrow: To do 6 days of exercise, just like last week
:arrow: To bother making my cauliflower soup tonight, even though I'll be tired and cranky and just want to go to bed!
:arrow: To organise my daily calories for Saturday and Sunday ahead of schedule to avoid any damage (I'll be camping Saturday night and want to minimise any snacking so I don't put on weight! Even if I stick within 1300cals that day, I should be okay!)
:arrow: To do more of my shoulder exercises so my shoulder injury gets better so I can continue exercising to my full potential
:arrow: To do ab exercises every exercise day from now on
:arrow: Slowly reduce my daily sugar levels (I'm not eating that much fat during the day though so I'm not as concerned with a bit of extra sugar but I don't want to put on weight because of it!)
:arrow: Stress less and get enough sleep :D

It was just a habitual matter that we make so many resolutions in so many occasion and days but the coolest formula for stay your self fit and for easy weight lose is patience and concentration these are the two factors which keep involve in weight loss programs [Deleted].

This WEEK's weight loss pledge is...

To up the anty with my exercise, to really boost my weight loss! Some jogging intervals in my usual walking schedule should do the trick! Wanting to do 6 days of exercise again this week as well!
