Well, I was going to go to the gym this morning, but instead I have slept in.. :oops:

So my pledge for the day is to do some study, and go to the gym before lunch to do my "routine".

What are your pledges for today?

To make sure that I eat sensibly and watch my portion sizes.. I really want to make that last 1/2kg for the 12 week challenge

Good pledge Ally, I know you can do it!

I'm officially editing my pledge above - have just looked at the gym timetable, and have decided to go to the Body Blitz class at 5.30pm and then hang on for the Fitball class afterwards at 6.30pm...

This way, it won't interfere so much with my study going out in the middle of the day, and I have something to look forward to after my full day of studying!

(9.5 days until I'm done exams!)

today i got out of bed at 6:10 and did some exercise!!! (i was aiming for 6:00 so not too bad!!)
first time ever!! - i am not a morning person! :shock:
my goal is to do the same tomorrow!

I'm just home from the gym after achieving my pledge above - it was Body Combat and Fitball, and now I'm exhausted!

i bought the dance it off dvd that ally was talking about!

unfortunatly i slept in yesterday!!
but i did a jenny craig and weight watchers (a bit of both) last night.

and tonight i have badminton
