I am finally going to do what I set out to do. I want to conquer my problems with weight, self-confidence, and eating way too much. I will finally practice portion control, still enjoying most of the foods I love, just not a ton at a time..
) I will exercise five times a week for at least 30 minutes. I know that any exercise for me is better than none at all. I have got to change my lifestyle of eating to be healthier and live a longer, fuller life.
