1) I will exercise everyday. (No more "I've had such a long day at work" excuses.) I wouldn't miss brushing my teeth for a day so the same should go for workouts.
2) I will drink 3 litres of water a day.
3) High protien in all or as many meals as possible.
4) Get my 2 fruit and 5 veg everyday.
5) I will sticking to my 1200cal limit.
Thats all I can think of for now. If anyone has any other suggestions to help me I would love to hear them
