What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?

My first pledge!

These are the biggest things I want to work on
1. Snacking alot after dinner
2. Chocolate cravings
3. Boredom eating!!

So, I pledge to
1. Just stick to drinking water after dinner
2. Try to go 3 days with out any junk food
3. Find a good book to read when boredom strikes haha

This is going to be my starting challenge :)

This is a great pledge, I find the busier I am the easier it is to not want food. Try going for a walk after dinner as well, it works with me, but we eat really early.

Also I do not crave any junk food now. Even when left with a whole box of chocolates, I only ate 3, so it does get easier.

I love going for walks and doing exercise, especially at the gym. The feeling after a workout is amazing. I never thought I'd be the sort of person to love the gym!!

And thanks, I'm glad to know the chocolate cravings do go away hahah

Snacking after dinner has always been a big problem for me as well as chocolate addiction lol.

I occasionally still crave chocolate - but it is rare, I even have a packet of Caramello Koalas and had allocate done per night (as my after dinner snack) yet I haven't wanted them - even when I do get one out and take a bite I feel like it tastes yucky now.

Every time you feel like a snack - have a drink of water!!
