Ok, here goes, my first pledge which will have two elements.
I will not eat biscuits for the whole weekend. The lovely pink and pastel blue tin I put them in for the kids is a deception to make me believe they are anything other than my enemy. My coffee will not be BFF with biscuits.
I will go out for a 5klm walk early both Sat and Sun, despite the fact that my family (and visitor) will probably sleep in. This has been an issue for me in the past as I have felt ripped off if I have to get up early to exercise only to find that later in the day there never seems to ge a good time for me to go. So I think if I am to find time for myself this may have to be the case and I will reap the rewards of better health.
