So having the tea worked to beat any cravings, and I didn't even add any honey to it!
Tomorrow is the first day back at work for a 6 day working week, and I have to buy a birthday cake for two birthdays we have on through the week! My pledge for the WEEK is to not indulge in birthday cake. If I want something sweet I will have another tea - this seems to be working really well.
My daily pledge for tomorrow is to properly fuel my body for training tomorrow night. Meaning good food, fruit (orange and strawberries), and lots of water!!
