I promise to be true to myself - oops, wrong forum! Haha, Just kidding! That's me, gotta start with some humour.

Seriously, though, my pledge for today is to either go to the pool (went last night) or get on the exercise bike.

Good things to do.

Swimming is especially good when you start out because it encourages lung increase, supports your heavy weight and joints and exercises your whole body.

Glad you've got a good sense of humour...you are going to need it on this journey! :lol:
