Hello I am new to this section of the forum. I am usually posting in my topic ' weigh in' .I intend to post here much as possible on the exercise i plan to do the following day then i will update either that i acheived my goal and how i felt about it that day
Tomorrow I intend to walk around a huge block which will take about 60-70 mins to walk. I have not done this route for a few years now. So i know its going to be a challenge.
