I have been real slack in exercising the last two weeks. Wedding, christmas and new years...I havent been strict on myself as i have been in the past...
Tomorrow i intend to get back to walking again.. a 40 min route at 5:30pm in the evening.. I have to get serious about this again.. I have lost too much to turn back....and i have only 40 more kilos to lose .. only haha.... thats alot but very doable.. I just need to perservere and be motivated.. I will do this !!
