To only eat food when I know exactly what is in it - this means whole fruits and veg, lean meat etc. No more processed 'easy' crap!
To drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
To walk for at least 30 mins, 5 days per week (at a decent pace).
To keep myself honest - all of my slip ups must be documented.
Finally, i pledge to finally stick to this and become the best version of myself I can be. No more hiding behind the fat. I am beautiful - it is time the outside matched the inside!
