if I can stay the same weight im happy as when the walking kicks in I should start again too lose weight,i will be getting stronger with the walking..only thing im worried about is that I could even put weight on with the walking..then it starts playing with my head If the weight goes up,even though I know my size is going down...
my clothes are falling off me and clothes that had been in another walk in robe are getting moved back into the main rooms walk in robe...so I know ive lost heaps...
im drinking even more water which also shows when I weigh myself and eating more vegies which also weighs more on the scales,i must be using the water while walking as im not having a full bladder which is a little strange...I use too wake up in the morning with heaps but lately not a lot there at all and im drinking over 2 lts a day..
