Well at least its heading downwards now...hope today has been a good day and tomorrow shows a little overall loss. 8)

im very happy with how things are going,im not 103 any more....
im working hard at doing better than I did yesterday,it doesn't always
happy but each morning I wake up with the hope I do better..
and im very proud of myself....:-)
very happy with how im doing and feel well,and that's all that
matters too me... :D

I look into the mirror every morning and im happy with whom looks
back at me...

fingers crossed I haven't put on tomorrow morning.... :?: :?: :?:
I would be very happy too be 91 in the morning we will see what happens,
ive been weighing myself at night before bed and im not losing as much over
night as what I have at other times,so we will see.

I'm hoping for at least 90.9kg...
just the psychology of seeing a zero and not an one next to the nine has got to be helpful in keeping you motivated. 8)

Its a day by day thing and im just trying too keep my head above water....
as you would also know,
I keep thinking of how hard Courtneys working and know im not doing anything
anywhere near as hard as her and I keep telling myself I can do it.....
ive got my outfit for when we go too her March out so hope she can see that ive
been working very hard...
