I'm not surprised with a "hold" day today...let's face it - you have been pushing that body hard. It has to have a chance to catch it's breath.

Remember...push your body - but don't break it. You are well on track to have a great weigh in on Tuesday. :)

A very good weekly result. 8)
Probably pushed it too hard at the being of the week and paid for it in the second half but all in all it balanced out okay.

I upped up the exercise at the end of the week and whenever I up that I don't lose as much,i myself think that's why I didn't drop as much weight at the end of the week...
I seem too have been feeling like walking more with the weather warming up...

im thinking this week could be very hard too drop too much weight but we will see..

You are right about that.
When you make muscle fluid is retained and that masks weight loss but remember muscles making pays long term dividend.

if I can stay the same weight im happy as when the walking kicks in I should start again too lose weight,i will be getting stronger with the walking..only thing im worried about is that I could even put weight on with the walking..then it starts playing with my head If the weight goes up,even though I know my size is going down...
my clothes are falling off me and clothes that had been in another walk in robe are getting moved back into the main rooms walk in robe...so I know ive lost heaps...
im drinking even more water which also shows when I weigh myself and eating more vegies which also weighs more on the scales,i must be using the water while walking as im not having a full bladder which is a little strange...I use too wake up in the morning with heaps but lately not a lot there at all and im drinking over 2 lts a day..

Whats your thoughts Kim??

Keep with what you're doing, Tash! There is always a bit of a transition phase when starting to exercise a lot, first the gain of muscle as your body adjusts to the extra movement and exertion but soon you will find the scales will start to go down again. Don't be discouraged, you're paving the way for great losses in the future! The fitter I've become, the "easier" I find it to shed kg's when I get my eating and exercise right again. It must speed up the metabolism or maybe it's the ability to DO more because of the increased fitness...either way, keep pushing forward with the exercise. You will firm up in ways you can't even imagine. And it's an amazing feeling when your bum is shrinking because it's toned and your legs look amazing :mrgreen:

You may also find you're retaining water because you're building muscle as well. I think things will start to shift again soon, just give it time and don't be disheartened. Paving the way!

The water is being used in muscle production...and don't forget the muscle weighs more than fat. Short term the scales will look slow but long term...it pays off big time. Not only is metabolism increased but the toning of the bod will put a smile on your dial! :lol: 8)

Now you are starting to see a trend. The extra eating is showing up.
In order for me to make a dent in my weekly weigh in I would spot this sort of trend and pull in my horns for the next few days so the weekly weigh in would have a good result.
