Tonight I am writing out an exercise plan for each week. Starting next week I am going to do an hour of laps at the local pool twice a week (Monday and Friday). I am cutting out ALL
junk until at least Christmas (where I will only induldge on Christmas Day and maybe Boxing Day). Then I will go from there lol
