Have fun Jody! Just pretend the food isn't there... don't even look at it lol. Diet coke is very filling too so that ought to help

Either they work out 5 hours a day, go and vomit up all their food after they're done eating (WHY would someone want to do something so horrible on purpose!? I've just spent the last 5 hours throwing up and I'm probably not done!!!), or they are just one of those lucky buggers with a fast metabolism :( :(
Trust me, they're probably stressing about it just as much as you are inside their head!!

I hate that too! My sister is one of those people :( But there are people out there that eat whatever they like and don't worry about it.... food is not an issue for them. They don't have the need to over indulge, so that's why they're not fat. They just eat a bit, then stop after they are satisfied.... I'd kill to be like that! :(

I'd kill to be like that too, Sarah! I would love to not stress over everything going into my mouth! But hey, we are the way we are and at least we're controlling it :)
