Woohoo, good luck Mel! You can do it! I did a similar pledge, from Boxing Day to the end of that week I ate no junk whatsoever, just good, unprocessed food! I lost .9kg that week so I was cheering, and you feel soo good after a day or so too!
That's exactly right Kate!! I kept going with the pledge for another few days after my week was up cos I felt that good! And I've had a couple of small choccy treats (mm mint dark choc frog from Haighs) since then but not nearly as much as I'd allow myself.
