Well since I wrote that plegde I have been pretty good at work, have just eaten it once or twice.


This is for tommorrow as I am working early so wont be able to post in the morning.

My pledge is to walk to the dog if I am feeling well enough and to eat well

I did well I think (see my progress) I still have like 2 glasses off water to go but I will do it

Tommorrow pledge is to not eat any of the children food at lunch when I dish it out

I am not at work today because of my wisdom teeth so my pledge is not to eat any chips thats sitting on the kitchen bench

I blew that pledge but wasnt feeling very positive.

Monday's pledge will be to walk the dog and ride the bike for 30 minutes
