I think I have eaten too much cheese (although low fat) and had too many eggs over the last couple of days.

My pledge is for Tuesday and Wednesday. NO eggs or cheese.

I feel bloated, and like I have eaten too much (TOTM coming up too).

Weigh in for me is Thursday... I want to see a loss! :wink:


PLUS!!

Double water both days... at least 4 litres.

(I have the bottles lined up ready to go!)

Awww, thanks so much everyone!!

Yesterday I think I drank about 5 litres of water, and only had a VERY small sprinkle of Mozzerella cheese on a chicken and salad wrap... there was LOTS OF SALAD!!!

Today, I drank 4 bottles (800mls), so very close... and had no cheese.

AND THE EGGS you ask?? NONE!!

Sooo... I think I could say I passed!! (Well about a 95% pass)
I'm happy with that! :)

Once again, thanks for all your support! Very much appreciated!

On the scales in the morning!! *scared emoticon*

Cheese is something that - no matter how much I try - I couldn't go one day without even if it is only a 10g sprinkle of parmesan :)

Thanks Judy!!

I agree! Cheese is my weakness! I went without ANY cheese for the first two weeks on this diet and it made SUCH a difference.

I think because I lost so much, I could afford to have a night off with pizza (and cheese), make a quiche (with cheese), and add (cheese) to my wraps, etc.

I think the scales will say NO CHEESE when I stand on them in the morning!! Hahaha!

I CAN live without cheese! Honest I can. :roll:

(And, on my night off, I will be making home made pizza with just a sprinkle. That will be my cheese allowance for the week! :wink: )
