This means:

no chocolate
no jam donuts (a cafe near work makes the best home made jam donuts and I've had one yesterday and one today)

I AM leaving my eftpos/credit card at home so I dont tempt myself. I must stop. You can't eat chocolate and jam donuts everyday. Life isnt a holiday!

Image you can do it zoeh. you are right though, its ok to have these in moderation but not everyday! just hang on a little while longer before you have another one :) let us know how you go

You can do it Zoeh :!: It is a good idea to not take your card - or even any extra money with you, it does mean that if you don't have the money you can't buy it. I do that to my kids - "Oh dear, can't have an icecream today didn't bring any money". Works a treat 8)

YOU can do it!
I have the bad habit of walking past the takeaway noodle shop during lunch time and see if the beef fried rice noodles look fresh or not. Every 1.5 weeks, on average, I will get one when it looks really fresh, just out of the wok.

Maybe I need to take Judy's advice and dont take any money when I go for walk during lunch time.

No/Less Jam Donuts for a little while...

yeah not carrying your money/card is such a good idea, but make sure you dont get yourself in trouble and needing something like money for a way home or something.

To and from the office should be good.

WELL i had no jam donut, I had no chocolate, but I did buy something, left my darn card in my wallet. But it was just a tub of ski yogurt.. which isn't too bad..

Not only is this a good pledge, it is good for you.

Trying to keep the saturated fats down overall is a good plan. Although we gots to have our treats sometimes, what you said is right you can't eat them everyday. Well not if you expect to become healthier at least.

Good work, let us know how you go. Oh and pack yourself some healthy snacks. :D
