For this week. I will not eat those sweet biscuits at work.
I will eat out (for lunch) this week - I don't have any decent eat out places where I work and the one's there sell pies and saussage rolls.
I will drink 2 litres of water every day!
SW: 81.5
CW: 80.5
GW: 60

nice pledges there andie- u will find a massive difference with drinking at least 2 litres a day :) best wishes

Ok, Day 1 - I didn't eat those sweet biccies, instead I had a couple of WW cruskits and hommus dip.
I took my lunch - A Velish Soup and multigrain bread roll
And then at Afternoon tea time I had a naughty savory snack! *ARGH*
And I did not drink 2 litres of water, but the day isn't over yet - so there is still hope!!!

Will persevere! I can do it!
