Ok, Day 1 - I didn't eat those sweet biccies, instead I had a couple of WW cruskits and hommus dip.
I took my lunch - A Velish Soup and multigrain bread roll
And then at Afternoon tea time I had a naughty savory snack! *ARGH*
And I did not drink 2 litres of water, but the day isn't over yet - so there is still hope!!!
Will persevere! I can do it!
