I've been rather busy over the past few weeks and haven't had much 'couch' time which I'm sure has helped. I've also tried to be proactive and have healthy snacks on hand (e.g. I cooked a yummy veggie slice that I could reheat when I was feeling hungry to take the edge of, a couple of cashews -- sorry Kate -- the 'C' word! -- and wholemeal premiums with cheese went down really well)
I reckon most of this journey is mental, not physical. Yes, the body craves, but the mind is much more powerful.
