I'm not going to go crazy tonight

Postby Puffer » Fri Mar 02, 2007 8:36 pm

I don't know why but I have that feeling like I am going to go crazy and eat everthing in sight...

I have had a good day, two ticks on calorie king, but this craziness is making me feel like I don't care if I ruin it! I just want milo and weet bix and toast and anything else I can get my hands on!

But I'm not going to do it :D That is my challenge to myself

You can do it :) You'll feel so pleased with yourself tomorrow if you don't.

Stay strong Christina you can do it, make up some diet jelly for future cravings. I find this stuff quite filling and you can eat the whole lot if you really must and it won't add many cals. I find it quite filling too.

Stay strong Christina.....try and work out why you are wanting to eat mate. Distract yourself from thinking about food and just try and stay will get through it!
