Getting Through the Weekend

Ok I need to get my bum into gear and get through this weekend without overeating. I am used to having my treat meal on Saturday, but my weigh day is Monday now, so I need to push on through the weekend without any incident and I will be ok. I have made a decision that I am going to the pool Monday after my daughter's school swimming lesson and swim some laps of my own. I have been holding off and holding off and it is just not good enough!!! So Monday, I am going!!!

nice one ally you will love being in the water mate i love the swimming lessons on wednesday its relaxing too :) stick to your guns and u will see the scales going down on monday!!

Thanks Kate....I had to get in the pool with Chris's swimming class the other day and I literally pool walked for 45 minutes and I realised how much I miss the water!

I haven't been swimming of late either and I really miss it. Now that we are moving out of town, I will have to swim on the weekends and do other stuff during the week - the swimming will be like a reward lol
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

:oops: 4 lines of chocolate fudge and 1.5 of peanut brittle :oops: that just about covers it :roll: I am so not eating any more censored!!
