Ok, so working at Dominos all day Monday.
I start at 11 and dont get a break til around 3 or 4pm.
The only way I can have lunch around midday is if I eat pizza, which I will not do tomorrow.
I think I will eat breakfast late, around 10am, something healthy, Im thinking Special K witth skim milk and an apple or banana. I then wont have access to anything healthy until 3 or 4. What could I have then that will get me through the afternoon? I normally crave carbs in the afternoon. I might make a wholemeal pasta salad, or..? I dont know!
I WILL take Dolly for a walk when I get home, even if it is dark! 30 minutes minimum!!
