Ok, so working at Dominos all day Monday.

I start at 11 and dont get a break til around 3 or 4pm.

The only way I can have lunch around midday is if I eat pizza, which I will not do tomorrow.

I think I will eat breakfast late, around 10am, something healthy, Im thinking Special K witth skim milk and an apple or banana. I then wont have access to anything healthy until 3 or 4. What could I have then that will get me through the afternoon? I normally crave carbs in the afternoon. I might make a wholemeal pasta salad, or..? I dont know!

I WILL take Dolly for a walk when I get home, even if it is dark! 30 minutes minimum!!

Take a salade or bring some fruit with you to work eat before you start work so that you are not tempted to eat any of that pizza

dried fruit and nuts or some rice thins?

You could put some Tuna in your wholemeal Pasta salad and don't have a creamy dressing a little olive oil and lemon juice is nice.
