went for another run last night so i have more more to do before the end of the week really enjoying it except for the smell of dog food in the neighbourhood last night. dont know what the go was with that!
LOL glad you're on the ball Mandie! thanks for the comments. we have a city to surf here in sydney i would love to do it for a fun thing one day but its just the organising bit that sucks. i hate organising things!
i got my three runs done which i was stoked with. and i managed to do my squats, push ups and sit ups each day. however i didnt get on my bike as much as i was hoping to.
this week coming i plan to do:
3xruns 3x weight sessions squats every day
trying to mix it up a bit. just wanted to point out that i am not doing this for weightloss im just doing it to improve my overall fitness. especially with winter coming up- i love getting out for walks in winter however im trying to make it an even more active winter this year and not be a couch potato want to feel fresh and fit for summer this year thanks guys!!
