I am going to get up early and walk my son to the park tomorrow after dropping my daughter off at school. Then shortly after my daughter gets home from school I'm going to walk her to the park so she can ride her bike and play too :)

A win win situation- the kids are happy, your body is happy and you feel great about yourself. Great pledge.

Good pledge Julz. The kids will probably sleep better as well, so in some ways it is a win, win, win situation.

Well I failed miserably at that pledge lol I woke up feeling pretty sick, hadn't had enough sleep as my son woke up 4 times in the night so I didn't go for the walk to the park in the morning. Then to make matters worse I couldn't go in the afternoon because my son decided to have his midday nap at 3.30pm instead of midday and by the time he woke up it was time to take my daughter to dance lessons.

So plan B, tonight: Have a go at the taebo video I got, do at least 10 mins on the stepper, do as many situps as I can manage, I have no idea how many that will be I haven't done them for so long lol.
