recommended by Milkyway, I'm going to start running!
I've always wanted to be a runner, to be able to just run for a few kms and ENJOY it would be amazing! It's something that I always thought I would put off until I was at goal weight, or close to goal... but who says I can't do it now? As long as I start slowly and build up gradually at my own pace.. I think I'll be fine!
There is NO time like the present, so I'm going to start with my first run (well, walk/jog) this evening. I'll post here and tell you all how it goes!
