That's the spirit Dee! The trick is to go really slowly.. if I try to run fast I will never make my whole minute.. I jog so ridiculously slowly at the moment that it's barely faster than a walk.. but it's all about getting it happening! I can slowly increase the jogging time, and then eventually I can start getting faster - I'm in no hurry here!
Already though, I found the second session easier than the first, and I'm sure it will get easier too. And the endorphins really kick in about half way for me, and I find myself jogging with the biggest grin on my face!
