so, once again my exercise has become non-existant.
so i am going to give madies star system a go and give myself a star for each day i do exercise this week. am aiming for 6 days
hmmm, now for a reward. will have to think of one...
I'm with you here. This week I am aiming for 7 seperate intentional bouts of excersize lasting no loss that 1/2 per session. There is no reason for me not to get in a half hour workout each day, I have everything I need right here at home, and I can easily do this after everyone else is in bed if not before.
One for each session. My pledge is that by next Sunday there WILL be seven on my post.
oh good luck dee!! i have lots of time at the moment to be execrising. im just being lazy! (ok, so i could barely walk for half the week, but the other half i was fine!!) have just printed out a chart off the computer. i am aiming for 6 days of exercise a week (one day is badminton, so i will need to walk/ride 5 days) and i will get a star for each one. have set it up for 4 weeks! so hopefully i will be in a routine with my exercise by then! im thinking of a bath for my 1st reward (we are on tank water now so it will be a nice change from a 1 minute shower!!!) haha
