Yep, went to the gym after uni and i stayed for an hour and a half! Did a warm up on the bike, then did my weights circuit THREE times (only did it twice before!) so that took an hour or so, then went on the cross trainer for 20 minutes. Woo!
Then.. i jumped on the scales cuz its been a couple of weeks... and I lost a kilo!
