And a whole star today - mum and I parked 2km from Subi for the footy today and walked there and back, so that's my exercise, and I ate pretty well...
I'm heading to Dongara tomorrow, and I won't have access to calorieking (and may not have access to the net at all!). I am going to record my stars in a notebook, and I'll post here when I get the chance.
I'm modifying my rules slightly, becuase i won't be calorie counting so much.. I'll just have to have a "healthy" day plus exercise for a star, exercise OR healthy day for half a star, or a "not so bad" day for a quarter star..
I'm going to do my best while I'm away to enjoy it, but also get some good exercise in - there's meant to be some beautiful walks up there!
