Kate's Pledge -April

Yay! Birthday Month! plus Easter! still holding strong to the Easter pledge. i keep going and checking on the eggs in the spare room! im doing well though :) my pledge for this month is:

every week i will do the following over the course of the week:

1. 50 push ups
2. 50 sit ups
3. 3 x runs
4. 1 x exercise dvd
5. 2 x bike sessions
6. swimming with moo

i will update each week as to how i go. i have to admit i will be busy this month but i will try and fit in as much as i can and if i cannot do one of the above then i will alternate and do something else instead. its all about compromise baby! wish me luck

ok the runs didnt eventuate this week. the weather sucked so i kept putting it off and it didnt happen. however i got everything else done and even read harry potter whilst on my exercise bike. same pledge for next week i think!!

well the swim was non existant this week due to heidi being sick since wednesday. so cant give a tick for that one. got one run in!! yay!! not all the bike rides done or the dvd. *sigh* need a kick up the A$$ i think. hopefully this coming week isnt as draining physically and emotionally. hopefully a nice quiet week before my birthday :P

i think everyone is having a busy time at the moment... i've certainly been struggling these last few days (i'm so exhausted!) so i know how you feel.. bring on next week and lets hope its a nice quiet one!

I agree Kate...Heidi was really sick mate and the last thing you need is to be stressing about exercise....you will get back into the swing of things this week matey!!
