My pledges this week

:arrow: dont eat the childrens lunched, have one of my snacks of the day while they are eating

:arrow: excerise for 30- 40 min every day

:arrow: drink 2 liters of water a day

I just wanted to report back for monday and tuesday incase I forget

monday

dont eat the childrens lunched, have one of my snacks of the day while they are eating
I HAD ONE TINY SLICE OF ZUCHINNI SLICE AND I REFUSED SPAG BOWL, MY FAVOURUTE

excerise for 30- 40 min every day
WELL 20 - 30 MINUTUES, YESTERDAY I GOT UP AND COULDNT BE BOTHERED WALKING THE DOG BUT THEN FELT GUILTY SO I RODE THE EXCERISE BIKE AND DID CRUNCHES


drink 2 liters of water a day
YEP BEEN DOING IT OR AT LEAST CLOSE TO IT
